I love to administrate on servers because you can always see the fruits of your effort and it makes me feel good. I love helping others when they don't know how to do things like new Gmod players or new admins. What made you apply to become staff?: You seemed short of staff and i'm already on the council but wanted a larger role on the server so I can help it as much as possible. Why do you want to be staff? (200 words): I want to be staff because in my experience with new servers like this they always hire people who are well versed in people or problem solving skills, and they generally don't know how to work ULX right. I want to be an admin because I like the direction the server is headed in even when its not launched, the server looks like it's in amazing hands and I want to work with these amazing people and help the server to become number one! Interesting. Seems kinda rushed. You do have lots of experience, and I trust you'd know how to do the job, however I don't know if I can say 100% you'd be committed. I definitely think your heart is in the right place and that you want to help the server but I think you should better compose yourself and take the application process slower then resubmit it.
